Precast Unlimited has been producing high-quality precast concrete products in our manufacturing plant since the founding of our company in 1996 (formerly Universal Precast Concrete). Although we continue to offer many standard precast items including picnic tables and other site furnishings, our niche has become the design and manufacture of architectural, structural, and custom precast items. Our innovative technology gives us a sustainable advantage in the precast industry by allowing us to make any item per customers’ specifications—there is really no limit to the variety of precast products within our scope.

We would like to highlight the fact that our manufacturing plant has met the certification requirements for the Precast Concrete Institute (PCI), the National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA), and the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). Ours is the only company on the West Coast to be certified for architectural and custom precast items with all of these organizations—a clear indicator that the quality of our products is top notch.

PCI Certification is the precast concrete industry’s most proven, comprehensive, and trusted certification program. In addition to the initial inspection, PCI ensures through several audits throughout the year that our plant has developed and documented an in‐depth, in‐house quality system based on national industry standards.

The NPCA Certification Program assures a high degree of excellence in plant facilities, production, processes, and quality control operations. Along with company recognition, our NPCA membership allows us to benefit from industry programs and resources, ensuring that we always have up‐to‐date information on achieving superior precast production performance.

Our Caltrans certification allows us to provide precast concrete items for various Caltrans projects throughout the state of California, especially ones involving the manufacture of precast MSE panels. This certification indicates that our products are deemed of such high quality as to be used for some of the state’s biggest highway and rest area projects.
